Poor upgrade rollouts

Hi, this is specific to the rollouts, not the upgrade itself. I use iPhone and iPad. Each upgrade turns into a circle of opening the game to see an upgrade window; this selection leads to the App Store with open being the only app choice (not upgrade). This selection opens the app back at the upgrade request. It can take hours or days till the upgrade performs by itself. During this time the game cannot be played.
